1. How should the party be organized? First, the host or party organizer should call Pamper My Party to
secure the date with a visa, mastercard, or discover. A $150 cancellation fee will apply to any party cancelled
within 3 weeks of the party date.
Guests can view the menu of services at www.pampermyparty.com. If guests will be paying individually for their
treatments, each guest needs to call Pamper My Party at (925) 575-0831 to reserve their treatment with a visa,
mastercard, or discover. If the host will be paying for all services at a party, she can order the services when
she has the list of treatments. Please note, therapists will not be able to accept payments at the spa party. The
credit card used to reserve the treatments will be the method of payment the day of the service. Cash
gratuities may be given to the therapists at the party, or you may request to have a gratuity added to your
credit card payment.
*Cancellation Policy: Guests will be charged 25% of their service if cancelled within 3 weeks of the party date,
and 75% if cancelled within 3 days of the party date or if the guest is absent at the party. To avoid the
cancellation fee, guests can arrange for another guest to assume their treatment. The guest assuming the
treatment needs to call to update the payment information. If one individual is paying for the entire party, the
cancellation policy for each treatment will apply. When an entire party is cancelled within 3 weeks of the party
date, the host is charged the $150 cancellation fee and each individual guest will not be charged the
cancellation fee for their treatments.
We work hard to fulfill last minute requests, but therapist availability is more probable with a few weeks notice.
2. How long does the party usually last? Parties usually last about 3 hours. A minimum of 2 hours of service

start at the arranged time. When possible, the treatments can be re-arranged to accommodate late guests, but
lateness may result in shortened service.

multiple women can receive the treatments together. Massage is typically set up in separate rooms, to allow
more privacy and relaxation. Ideal weather sometimes allows for outdoor parties.
4. Can some guests order services while others don’t? Yes.
5. How many guests can attend the party? As many or as few as you want! Pamper My Party has many
therapists available to accommodate large parties, and parties small enough for only one therapist are fine too!
6. What is the mimimum amount required for individual appointments? There is a minimum of $120 of
services for "parties of one." This can be attained with a 90 minute massage, or a combination of any of our
other services, such as a 60 minute massage with a full face and neck collagen mask.
7. What times/days are therapists available? 7 days a week, most any time that suits you.

service. This can be given to your therapist in cash the day of the service, or you can request to add it to your
credit card payment.

be charged the fee if you are not notified the same day that you reserve your party date. If your specific
location requires an additional fee, it is typically only $25 per therapist.
