1. How many guests can attend the party? As many as you want!
Pamper My Party has many therapists available. We provide services
for individuals who would like their own day of pampering, and have
accommodated party sizes from 2-40 women at a time.
2. How long does the party usually last? Parties usually last about
3 hours. We can arrange the party to be shorter or longer if you
prefer by adjusting the number of therapists.
3. How much space is needed? Most hosts prefer to have the spa
hand and foot treatments in their living/dining rooms where multiple
women can receive the treatments together. Massage is typically set
up in extra rooms, such as bedrooms and offices for more privacy and
relaxation. Beautiful days sometimes allow for outdoor parties.
4. Can some guests order services while others don’t? Yes, guests
can all order a different amount of services, while some guests may
not wish to receive any services.
5. How is the payment and gratuities handled? Guests can pay with
cash, check, visa, or mastercard. Payments are made after the
service, at the end of the party or when they leave. If you’d like to tip
your therapist, please include it in your payment. Tips are divided
equally among all therapists at the party.
6. What times/days are available for parties? Any day, any time
that suits you.
7. How should the party be organized? A visa or mastercard
number is required to reserve a date and a $150 cancellation fee
applies to any party cancelled within 3 weeks of the party date. Ask
guests to view the website www.pampermyparty.com to decide which
services they would like. Request that their choices be given to you by
a specific date. When you have the final tally of services, call or email
Pamper My Party.
8. How far ahead do we need to contact Pamper My Party about
the services we need? Pamper My Party is best able to organize the
party with a couple of weeks advance notice. We understand that
some parties are last minute ideas, and if so, we will do everything
possible to arrange the party exactly as requested. If most services
are known and you are just waiting for a few guests’ responses, please
let us know as much as possible, then give the final count when
received.
9. Where does Pamper My Party offer services; how far will the
therapists travel? Pamper My Party will travel anywhere within a half
hour drive from Danville, CA at no cost. Parties located more than a
half hour’s drive from Danville may require a minimal driving fee to
cover the therapists’ travel expense. Long distances are considered.
10. What kind of products are used during the treatments? The
scrubs and oils used during the spa hand & foot treatments are organic
and made fresh for every party, therefore they are free of
preservatives, parabens, and other chemicals. We use products rich in
vitamins and antioxidants that pamper your skin!
11. Does Pamper My Party try to sell products at the parties? No,
our intention is to pamper you, not to sell products. If you desire any
of the products that we use, let us know and we can accommodate you.
12. What age groups are appropriate for parties? Guests of all
ages love to be pampered! Guests under the age of 18 may receive a
treatment if a parent or guardian provides written consent.
13. Can men be included in the party? Yes, while most parties are
only women, male guests are also welcomed to receive treatments if
at a women’s party.
14. What about pregnant guests? Some of the most deserving
women of pampering! Our therapists are skilled in prenatal and post-
natal massage. Please let us know upon booking the party so we can
bring the proper supports.
15. Do hosts need to supply anything? No, Pamper My Party will
bring everything needed for the treatments, and all treatment areas
will be covered with spa towels. When we arrive, we typically store
our supplies in a bathroom or laundry room where we have access to a
sink.
16. Are all therapists female? Yes, all of Pamper My Party's
therapists are female.
17. What are typical occasions for spa parties? Many women have
spa parties to simply relax and catch up with friends. Special occasions
that are ideal for spa parties include baby & bridal showers,
bachelorette parties, ladies night out, mom's groups, birthdays, and
business events.
18. What do I need to know about the organic spray tan?
Before the tan:
-Exfoliate in the shower that you take previous to the tan.
-Do not wear any lotion, make-up, or deoderant.
-You will choose whether you want the spray that you can wash off in 2-
4 hours, or the one that you can leave on for a minimum of 12 hours,
depending on your plans for the day. They both deliver the same
amazing tan!
After the tan:
-Moisturize at least once each day following the tan. If you plan to
keep a continual tan, once the tan has faded (usually 7-10 days)
exfoliate and you'll be ready for your next spray. We treat our clients
to every 10th tan free.
You can tan topless or wear your own underwear, swimwear, or our
complementary disposable underwear & bra.
